Easily set your pickup and drop-off times through our online system. Specify any special preferences and choose how often you’d like our FREE pickup and delivery service.
On your scheduled pickup day, place your clothes in a bag and leave them in your designated location. If it’s your first pickup, use any bag you have; future orders will come in a McCart Superwash branded bag. You’ll receive a text reminder the day before and another when our driver is on the way.
Your laundry will be taken to our facility, where our trained team will sort, pretreat, wash, dry, fold, and package your clothes with care. We always separate darks from lights and never wash your items with other customers’ laundry to ensure quality.
On delivery day, one of our professional drivers will bring your freshly laundered clothes to your specified drop-off location. You’ll receive a text notification when your clothes are on their way and again once they’ve been delivered. All orders are processed within 24 hours for your convenience!
